Getting into a DM First account from a handset comes down to two things: knowing where the entry point sits and having the mobile number and password ready before you tap.
Any button here opens the official DM First app or website. Once there, look for the login option, type the mobile number, add the password and confirm, and you are in.
Three common snags
- Number or password rejected? Clear both boxes and retype them slowly with autocorrect switched off.
- Password slipped your mind? Look for a reset link on that screen and follow whatever it asks.
- Page refuses to load? Close the tab, reopen from a button here, and check the address bar before typing.
