DM First Login
DM First lets you sign in with either a phone number or an email address, plus your password. Follow the steps first, then the fixes if the screen turns you away.
How to login to DM First
- Open the DM First web app in your phone browser using an address you typed yourself. The account safety guide lists where it was seen.
- On the screen that reads Please log in with your phone number or email, pick the tab you registered with.
- Phone Number tab: leave the +91 India code in place and enter your mobile number. Email tab: type your address in the box marked please input your email.
- Enter your password and choose whether to use Remember password. Leave it off on a borrowed or shared handset.
- Tap Log in.
No one-time code box is shown on the form. Nothing was submitted while checking it, so if another step appears after Log in, go by that screen.
When the DM First sign-in screen refuses you

| Password not accepted | Check you are on the tab you signed up with. Sign-up passwords must mix letters and numbers, so an all-digit guess is unlikely to be right. |
| Password forgotten | Tap Forgot password? on the form. |
| Account locked | More than 10 wrong passwords trigger a lock. Use Forgot Password to choose a new one, or tap Contact customer service in the same dialog. |

Two ways back after a forgotten password
Two routes appear on the login page: the Forgot password? link and a line saying that if you forget your password, you should contact customer service. The reset screens behind the link were not opened for this guide, so read each prompt as it comes.
What kind of support channel customer service uses was not shown either. Start it from inside the platform, never from a number someone messages you.

Can I log in to DM First with email instead of a phone number?
Yes. The login screen has an Email tab as well as a Phone Number tab.
Is there a DM First app for signing in?
No app file was found; the platform runs in a browser. The app guide covers its home screen prompt.
