Contact The DM First Game
This site has no email address, phone number or chat, and no way to view or change a DM First account.
Account trouble goes to DM First itself
Account problems belong with DM First's own customer service. Its login page tells players who forget a password to contact customer service, and the dialog shown after too many wrong passwords includes a Contact customer service button.
Which channel that button opens was not visible on the screens checked, so reach it from inside the platform.
Messages offering to fix your account
If a stranger writes first with a reset link or an unlock fee, do not reply. The account safety guide lists more warning signs.
Requests this guide has to turn down
- Reset or recover a password.
- Unlock an account after too many wrong tries.
- Answer questions about deposits, withdrawals or balances.
Reporting an outdated step
Instead of an inbox, pages are rechecked against the platform's live screens, as the about page describes.
If a step here no longer matches what you see on the platform, trust the platform screen.
